Outlook (with Exchange) gives you the ability to share a calendar or contacts folder with someone else in your organization.  This can be done entirely without admin intervention.  Also you can control whether the sharing is read-only or read-write.

(Tech Tip: Excel) How to get unique names from a list

If you have a list of information and you want to remove duplicates, use Excel and follow these simple steps.

1. Open file and click on column A (selects the entire column) 
2. Then choose Data... Sort and select "header row" (see below) and click OK

(Tech Tip: Outlook) How to send large files

For sending files bigger than 2M or so we recommend this site (there are a few free sites that do this).

Using this method, the e-mail size is 0 since it avoids using attachments and uses a "download link" instead.
