Assisted Support for Mac
1. Click here to download OSX VNC.
( When warned about the download containing an application, click on "continue".)
2. Double click the "VNC" icon on the desktop and fill out the form as below.
3. When instructed, click the "Add" button (see below)
4. When your support session is finished, drop the VNC icon into the trash.
